Summer is officially here, and with it comes longer days, warmer weather, and plenty of opportunities to enjoy time with family. As a health and life coach, I’m all about making the most of this vibrant season by focusing on healthy living and quality family time. Here are some of my favorite tips to help you and your loved ones stay active, eat well, and create lasting memories this summer.
1. Get Outdoors and Get Moving
